ACTAsia applied for the award to help raise awareness about our Caring for Life programme in addition to the chance of securing £5000 to promote compassion for people, kindness towards animals and respect for our planet through education.

The panel recognised the tremendous work already achieved by ACTAsia and commented: “Pei Su is “a passionate and relentless advocate of education as the main driver for sustainability, protection of animals and conservation of wildlife” and I believe that her project has the potential to effect long-term change on a huge scale.”
