Marquis Federico Spinola was one of ACTAsia’s earliest supporters.

He has endorsed ACTAsia’s education programmes in China since their inception. He has more than thirty years of experience with international investing, and has been active in several international non-profit organisations, including the Alliance for Rabies Control, HIS-Help in Suffering Jaipur, and the Marwar Animal Protection Trust in India. He co-founded the World Animal Forum, an annual meeting of the CEOs of the largest animal protection societies in the world.
