From 2-4 September, ACTAsia’s Deepashree Balaram attended a workshop to empower animal protectionists in India to fight animal abuse through legal intervention. We plan to use some of these ideas to empower activists in China, who sadly have no animal protection laws to help in their fight against animal cruelty.
