We develop people in three main areas:
- Understanding animal welfare: We help them to learn more about the needs of the animals they work with, the major welfare problems that exist, and how to find ways to improve welfare.
- Building a strong animal protection group: We teach them skills that they need to become professional and effective in their work for the animals.
- Developing strong animal protectionists: We help them to find a balance in their work, and help them to deal with their stress by supporting them and advising them on how to lead a balanced life.
